Counter-Notification Procedure

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may forward it to the party who submitted the original DMCA notification. The original complaining party will then have ten (10) business days to notify us that they have filed court action seeking a court order to restrain you from engaging in the allegedly infringing activity. If we do not receive such notification within ten (10) business days, we may reinstate the removed material.

Policy Regarding Repeat Infringers

Bharat Network Movies reserves the right to terminate the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers of copyright.
